Quality EFT video training

The basic Recipe:

1.        Rate the intensity of the discomfort around the issue from  0-10.

2.        The Set Up: to ensure that the energy system is open to any positive change,
preventing any Psychological Reversal:
Tap on the Karate chop point or rub the Sore Spot( in the heart area): repeat three times
the reminder phrase affirmation:
“Even though I have this (Problem/ feeling/sensation), I deeply and completely accept
myself.”
Ex: “Even thought I am afraid of staying in the dark alone, I deeply and completely
accept myself.”

3.        The sequence: Make a short version of the problem/issue/sensation/feeling into a
Reminder Phrase. EX: “This fear of darkness”
Tap about 7 times on each point while repeating the Reminder Phrase once at each
point. This helps bring up the disturbance while at the same time balancing the energy
system.
Tap each point : 1. top of head, 2. third eye, 3. Eyebrow, 4. Side of the eye, 5. under the
eye, 6. Under the nose, 7. Under the lips/Chin 8.. Collarbone, 9. Under the arm.

4.        Take a deep breath

5.        Check the intensity again.
Is there some of the same feeling/aspect left?
If yes, do another round with an adjusted Set up phrase (“Even though I still have some
of this problem. I deeply and completely accept myself). It is better to bring the first
aspect to zero before beginning the process for a new aspect.

6.        Test the results: Finally, when the SUD is at 0, you have to go out in the world
test the results! It is fundamental to get the remaining aspects and treat them—if there
are any—so that you are completely free of the specific issue.

7.        Note: if something persists, it may be that several aspects need still to be treated.
