Joy Winkler

“My goal for the year was a 40% increase in the number of yoga sessions per month, but it’s only February and I have already achieved my goal! I did it in the first month!”

When Joy came to see me, she was struggling to get her yoga center off the ground. “It was like an uphill battle,” she says.

“As I look back, I can definitely see that since we began working together in June, I changed my attitude about the center and began to think bigger. I shifted my mind and began to believe that I am a success. And it is now true! Seven months later, I have reached and exceeded all my goals for the year. My goal was to increase the number of yoga sessions per month this year by 40%, but it’s only February and I have already achieved it! I did it in the first month! This is incredible. It is fantastic. You align me with my goals using EFT and it is created. I love it!

Jenny went from $8,000 of sales per month to $100,000 per month!

The day after the session she sold $7,000, then $7,900, then the third day $12,000, and she ended up doing $45,000 for the month in just one week.

Jenny came to see me because she was about to be fired. For three months she had not been able to sell much. She was the worst salesperson in the store. The last straw that made her come to see me was when the store had a sale and she was the only one who didn’t sell a thing that day!

We then did an alignment session using EFT where the goal was “I am selling for $43,000 dollars a months.” She wanted to make the 1% bonus. At the beginning of the session, this goal felt totally out of reach—as she had never sold more than $8,000 a month before.

At the end of the session, Jenny was totally clear and confident that she could do it, but she now had only one more week before the end of the month. The next day she sold $7,000, then $7,900, then $12,000…she ended up doing $45,000 for the month in just one week, and therefore earned the bonus!!!

A few months later, Jenny sent me the following e-mail:

"Hey girl…..just wanted to give you an update….So far I have the highest sales in the store….I have already hit the first bonus level (last week)….I will definitely hit the 3% bonus again this month…..I got a card from a customer thanking me for great customer service….."

Colette,

I’ll start at the beginning. I heard about you through a friend who was seeing you for 5-6 months for BodyTalk.

She could not fully explain the process, but I watched as she grew in a positive direction didn’t relapse into old negative patterns –new and different. She suggested I see you and I thought to myself, I know about the law of attraction I can fix myself. I’ve been growing in a positive direction—albeit with many relapses into old negative patterns. Besides, that’s a big chink of money for one hour.

Then I went to a barrel race, my first in over 14 years, and I got my happy hiney bucked off. After X-rays to determine that my pelvis was not broken and a little time for the swelling to go down and show the dent in my rear. I realized I had torn about 3 inch section of muscle off of my sacrum. Ahhj, the source of the horrible pain, and the reason I finally came to see you. But not until ater my friend again suggested you could help me, I decided may be you were worth the gamble to decrease the pain level.

I slowly limped into your office in enormous pain, even with taking many pain pills and muscle relaxants. You seamed to know exactly how to guide me in the session, so I didn't get stubborn and resist –did you see this pattern coming, from what I already wrote? After the session I walked out and stepped up ito my husbands 4x4 truck, sat down and realized WOW! I was walking, not limping, and getting into the truck didn’t take 5 minutes of pure hell climbing. Then the expected pain of sitting on a torn muscle didn’t happen. OK, I’M SOLD! That was the best money I ever spent for such incredible and FAST results.

The next thin I remember working on was a stubborn bladder infection that no amount of medicine seemed to touch. You informed me I was holding my fears in my bladder and to get rid of the infection I had to face my fear. I figured my only fear to face was running a horse again.

OMG! Can you say the tip of the iceberg.

Within one week the fears I freed were:

1-       seasickness in puddle

2-       wearing fancy clothes—no my normal

3-       mingling in a large group of people I didn’t know

4-       fear of heights—huge

5-       trusting someone else to be in charge—very huge.

The following few weeks same more fears I freed were I

1-       falling off a horse—I did, I lived

2-       the …lump from the morphine shot would ge popped—it did, I lied

3-       Ran a horse in another barrel race-I've again.

Well, after some MAJOR kicking and screaming by my fears, they have been freed and not een one of them was able to do me in. and the bladder infection is gone and has not returned.  SOLD AGAIN.

After the barrel race I gave the horse and my torn muscle time off to heal. Then I realized I was stuck again. I couldn’t talk myself into riding for fun. Colette, you guided me to the source of the blocking energy. And it boiled down, by way of many tangents to my mother never accepting me for me. Which fully explains why I have never accepted myself. Another WOW.

We then worked through old painful feelings I’ve carried since early childhood, and OMG, they no longer are painful. Now that I’ve actually  allowed myself to fully explore the feelings instead of trying to block them—childhood defense, I can finally let them go. I feel so much lighter and much more free to be myself. No more hiding.

In the middle of all of the above, I want to say thank you for helping with three different horses on three different occasions. One was the barrel horse feeling nervous about trusting me to stay in his life. One session and he was a changed horse, much more relaxed. Another was one of my babies got a fever blister on his eye—not common--. You helped me discover what was the underlying cause, and I was able to modify his environment so he could heal.

The third horse was one of my clients horse and I know it helped, because I was not called to work in the horse for a month after that session. I had been working on her weekly without much progress in one area. Months later , she is still doing great.

Now, I am working towards allowing myself to accept myself as I am, and I ‘m sure I can get this accomplished with you in my corner.

Jane believed... "An expert is not supposed to ask for money. An expert is supposed to give away her knowledge!” . It was blocking her from asking for what she truly deserved.

Jane is a doctor, researcher, who has been known for years in her field of expertise. Now she has created a line of unique services and products and is the founder of a small international company.

She called me because she had a very important sales meeting, and wanted to be ready for it. She wanted to be able to sell more easily. She thought that she was not pushy enough.

At first nothing clearly seemed to be blocking her from succeeding. But after more exploration, we found out the core limiting belief: “Experts are not supposed to ask for money, or to make a lot of money!” And because Jane still saw herself as an expert, she felt at odd whenever she was in a sales position.

She had no problem presenting her unique services, because she new they were fantastic and would save millions of dollars to these companies, but she was not able to get into the “sales person” skin when she needed to.

She also couldn’t ask for the price that her services were worth and was often losing money on her deals.

As we explored her vision and mission in life to see if there was any misalignment with her being in business, it became clear that she had a dream. She wanted to help homeless people and create homeless shelters.

So, now the goal was for us to align her value of generosity with the value of making profit. When she realized that she was trying to save money for some fro the richest companies on earth and was therefore delaying the establishment of her foundation for homeless, it suddenly made sense to ask for money and really make as much of a profit as possible. Both values could be reconciled. She could earn a lot and be generous, too.

Releasing this inner conflict is helping her and her company make a lot more profit.

Jane went to her meeting and it went very well…the best she was hoping for: a contract for every European country!

“I was very skeptical at first, but I must report an incredible lack of interest in food, no need to snack.  
…anymore!”

When Joanne came to see me, she had been a “food addict” for more than 30 years. She
had tried literally every diet and read every book on the subject. She also had been to
various support groups without any luck. When Joanne came to see me, she was very
skeptical about it helping her, but she felt compelled to try.
After a month of energy therapy, Joanne wrote this letter to me…
“Good Evening Colette,
I was very skeptical that you could help me when I first came to see you, but I must
report an incredible lack of interest in food.  No need to snack; no sense of urgency
about what my next meal is going to be; eating small portions.  There is something else
to report that is NEW BEHAVIOR / NEW BELIEFS in action:  I am willing to leave food on
my plate!!!  If it goes to waste, oh well.  I don't have to feel badly about it.  Saving food
is about worrying about where the next meal is coming from, learned from my family. “

was flooded with gratitude, thinking about how many things are manifesting in my life.

   By the time I got home, I was zooming.  I am pretty sure it was the Matrix healing

finish the page we were working on.  If I could feel like this on a consistent basis, I am

   I would be willing to make a commitment to working one hour a day, if I could feel the
contentment I have felt today.  Isn't that cool?  What a change from the person who
walked into your office—down and out and unwilling.
   Anyway, I just wanted you to know.  Thank you so much for your willingness to share
with me all your knowledge, your resources, and your time.  I love being around your
enthusiasm and excitement as ideas unfold.”

Despite 14 years in traditional therapy Janet had not made real progress.
Because of the emergency of the situation, she received four EFT and Bodytalk sessions in a week’
s time. At the end of the week Janet noticed how she was changing and not reacting the
same way to her husband anymore. She had no more difficulty saying no; she had a
broader perspective on her situation,  she felt much more serene and centered “like
never before.” Depression, hyperactivity, and not being able to say no, had all been
dramatically reduced in 4 EFT and BodyTalk sessions!


Depression, fatigue, Blocked Pituitary - Donna said to me: “the work we did together is just short of a miracle”

She was extremely tired, depressed, had a foggy head, was unable to concentrate,
unable to function well. Her pituitary gland had shut down for no physical reasons
(doctors couldn’t find a cause). After 8 BT sessions working on head trauma memory from
childhood and the pituitary, the Bodytalk session revealed blocking a belief about having
to care about everyone else  first, therefore feeling overwhelmed and under too much
pressure. Since we balanced her for that limiting belief, it has been “short of a miracle”,
Donna said to me a month later. She was now able to focus, ” feels great, sleeps well,
handles any difficulty using the self-help techniques I taught her.


Grieving teenager

An 18 year-old lost his cousin in car accident: He was very depressed, couldn’t sleep, and
had stopped working. After two treatments: he was able to function normally, and slept
well.  Several weeks later, still doing well. He had written a beautiful, spiritual poem
about his cousin, her mother reported.


Relationship issues

Women in her 60’s finds love again after giving up on it all together!.

Even though she felt good by herself, Jean began to open her heart again and trust
enough to feel safe to love again. Within two months, Jean met a wonderful man and is
very happy with him. For the first time she is able to set healthy boundaries with a man.

Healing a broken heart- “It’s a fr’king miracle!” Jean said to me.

After breaking up with her lover, almost losing her job, having serious legal issues, it
sounded like the world was falling apart for this young woman. Anxious, angry, sad,
frightened, scared, depressed, emotionally unstable, she was unable to work for a few
days. After four BodyTalk sessions, the client was now peaceful, happy to enjoy her own
company, not desperate for relationships, had stopped drinking, and reduced her
cigarette consumption, and was reconnecting with family members that she had not
talked to for years. She had been able to talk to her lover and had not felt needy and
desperate like she used to feel, but instead felt that she had moved on. She is also doing
great at work, being able to focus better.  

Donna had always felt she was transparent most of her life.

Even when she was in a bar, the barman would not see her. She had to wave and wait
before being served. She always felt people didn’t see her or even avoided her. Since
she had BodyTalk sessions (for health issues) she has been attracting attention. She has
gone on dates that she had not been for years. She has noticed how people are now
attracted to her—now that her energy is flowing better…. Donna is not an exception. I
have five other clients lately who have been noticing the same phenomenon.
